Fabio Duarte, world cycling champion in the Sub23 category, visited the offices of EL COLOMBIANO.
The cyclist, member of the team Colombia es Pasión (Colombia is Passion) is in Medellín for the 'Caracol de Pista' Competition.
Duarte, alongside team manager Ignacio Vélez, spoke of how exciting it was to earn his title and what it means to be able to share it with the public.
